Keep the review step visible.
Where AI helps, where it creates new failure modes, and why a review step is part of the design rather than an apology.
Learning / Building / Explaining in public
I learn, build, test and explain in public. Not just what worked, but what broke, what changed and where human judgment still belongs.
Why this exists
Most people already work inside automation. A form routes a request. A CRM decides what happens next. A recommendation changes what appears on screen. An AI system drafts, sorts or summarizes something before a person reviews it.
Emre Automates exists to make the layer underneath easier to see: the rules, handoffs, review points and failure states that turn isolated tools into useful infrastructure.
You do not need another tool list. You need to see what enters the system, what happens next and who still makes the decision.
What I explore
Where AI helps, where it creates new failure modes, and why a review step is part of the design rather than an apology.
How repeated work becomes a dependable workflow, and why automating a broken process usually makes the break happen faster.
The CRM, lifecycle, attribution and content infrastructure behind work people often see only as a campaign.
How I scope, build, observe and repair systems that need to survive outside a demo.
Building in public
I am not documenting a finished playbook from a safe distance. I am showing the process while I am still in it: decisions, mistakes, repairs and the practical detail that polished case studies usually remove.
The point is not to pretend every experiment works. The point is to leave a clearer map for the next build.
